The Honorary Chair of the EMEC 11 is Prof. Paul J. Crutzen recipient of the 1995 Nobel Prize in Chemistry and the Global Ozone Award for "Outstanding Contribution for the Protection of the Ozone Layer" by UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme).
